Product Feedback: Everyone wants to know how others experienced an item. Your feedback provides useful information for others with similar concerns. We value your comments and understand the desire for privacy. Any comments sent to us are with the understanding they may be posted, but unless told otherwise, we use only first names and location when publishing comments.

We are happy to help you with a gift. You can customize a gift by selecting the items you wish to include and we will assemble them for you in a simple box or with a little extra panache within the shipping box.

Payment Options & Security of Information
Vital Cell Skin Care accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We use PayPal Merchant Services to process our payments due to their intense security program. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order. We do not have access to your encrypted information with orders placed online. We are also able to process cc orders individually with information you supply to us, or use a PayPal transfer. Once entered into the system, we delete and shred the original data. We are unable to routinely accept phone orders at this time. Subsequent special orders can be processed manually with the stored information.
In the event your credit card is declined, you will be notified immediately by the cc processing service and asked to resubmit your number. Most cards are declined due to a typing error when entering information. Resubmitting corrected information usually solves the problem.
